How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders take between 3-8 days to arrive at their final destination. It takes us 1-2 business days to process the initial order and get it ready to ship. From there, all packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail typically takes 2 business days within Alaska and 3 business days to the rest of the US.

Is shipping included?

While we put great effort into keeping shipping costs as low as possible, the realities of shipping from Alaska mean we're not always able to offer free shipping. In addition, each gift box ships in its own separate protective container to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Because of this, each additional box incurs its own shipping charge.

How does free shipping work?

One of our goals at Frontier Crate is to make sending somebody a thoughtful gift as simple as possible. We don't want you to have to give a second though to shipping charges. In that spirit, we offer free shipping on orders over $100 per shipping address. That means if you're shipping a huge multiple address order, free shipping only applies on a per address basis.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes! Add each gift box to your cart individually with your personalized message. When you view your cart, you'll see a 'Ship to Multiple Addresses' checkbox that you can click. From there, fill in the address you want to ship each box to.

The delivery of my order is delayed. Why hasn't my gift arrived yet?

We’re so sorry your package is experiencing a delay! Unfortunately, once we package a gift box and hand it off to USPS, we're not able to exercise any control over the delivery of the package. While our team works tirelessly to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped out at quickly as possible, certain delays are sadly out of our hands. However, if you order still has not been delivered after 12 days, please reach out and we’ll be happy to take care of this for you!

Does my recipient need to sign for the delivery of their gift?

No, a signature is not required for the delivery of our packages.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we're not able to offer international shipping at this time.

How is my gift packaged?

When you place your order, you'll be able to choose between our standard gift box or upgrade to our wooden gift crate for an additional cost. In either case, each has the included products wrapped in tissue paper and tied snug with a bow. Each box optionally includes a handwritten greeting card with your personal message.

My order is a gift. I don't want a receipt or any prices.

Don't worry, we package our gift boxes knowing that they're almost always given as gifts. We don't include any prices or inventory slips in the packaging.

What is your return policy?

While all sales are final (trust us though, they'll love it), we are in the business of delivering joy.

We take great care to ensure your gift arrives to you looking great but, if your gift arrived less than perfect, please contact us and we’ll make it right!

Do you make corporate and event gifts?

We're currently building out our capacity to offer corporate and event gifts. Please get in touch and we'll do our best to create something special.
